The Sweepstakes: From [March 6, 2013] through [April 17, 2013], AUSTRALIAN GOLD will promote, by means of email, Facebook and Twitter, the opportunity to submit entries to win an Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway; containing three SPF 15 Spray Gels, one Moisture Lock Lotion (8 oz.), one Soothing Aloe Gel (8oz), one Lip Balm (.15 oz.), one Sheer Coverage Faces SPF 45 and one Live the Gold Life Draw String Backpack. Forty (40) Grand Prize winner(s) will receive an Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway after April 17, 2013 if Australian Gold’s Facebook Page exceeds 40,000 ‘Likes’ by April 17, 2013.
Eligibility: You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate and a U.S. Citizen. Residents of Rhode Island are not eligible to enter. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for AUSTRALIAN GOLD or any organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor company, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months in one (1) calendar year.
How to submit entry: Visit www.facebook.com/livethegoldlife on or before April 17, 2013 and “Like” the AUSTRALIAN GOLD Facebook page. All sweepstakes entries become the property of AUSTRALIAN GOLD and will not be returned and may be used by AUSTRALIAN GOLD for any purpose and in any media in perpetuity.
How to win: Beginning March 6, 2013 at 12 Noon (ET) through April 17, 2013 at Noon (ET) contestants should ‘Like’ our AUSTRALIAN GOLD Facebook page and complete and submit the data entry form for a chance to win an Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway. In the event that the Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway winner(s) does not meet Official Rules or eligibility requirements, or he/she forfeits the Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway, AUSTRALIAN GOLD will award the Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway to first alternate. Process will continue until Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway is awarded.
All entries must be received no later than April 17, 2013. All winners will be notified by Tuesday, April 23, 2013. The Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway winner(s) will be notified by email and must meet all eligibility requirements.
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules. AUSTRALIAN GOLD, its promotional agents and sweepstakes co-sponsors are not responsible for illegible or incomplete entries.
Grand Prize: Forty (40) Grand Prize winner(s) will receive an Australian Gold Deluxe Pack Giveaway after April 17, 2013 if Australian Gold’s Facebook Page exceeds 40,000 ‘Likes’ by April 17, 2013.
The Grand Prize is non-transferrable. There may be no cash or other substitutions of prizes by winner. However, AUSTRALIAN GOLD reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or lesser value in the event the above prize is unavailable for any reason. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes with respect to entire prize.
Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification Form (“the Form”) that: a) releases, indemnifies and holds harmless AUSTRALIAN GOLD, its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and successor companies, and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, advertising agencies and promotional sponsors (collectively the “Releasee”) from and against any and all harm, expense, liability or injury that may be sustained relating to or arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize; b) authorizes AUSTRALIAN GOLD to use the winners’ names, likenesses, photographs, voices and biographical data for any purpose, in any media, unless prohibited by law.
Prize will not be released until AUSTRALIAN GOLD receives all required information. Failure of Grand Prize winner to provide all required information within the required timeframe will result in automatic forfeiture of any prizes and all such prizes shall be awarded to an alternate winner. In the event of a prize forfeiture, the winner or parent or legal guardian of the winner forfeiting prize will sign a Prize Forfeit Form and return to AUSTRALIAN GOLD within ten (10) days of receiving the Form.
Unforeseen Events: AUSTRALIAN GOLD reserves the right to change this sweepstakes at its sole discretion at any time that AUSTRALIAN GOLD becomes aware of any circumstance or occurrence which would materially affect the sweepstakes’ security or fairness. AUSTRALIAN GOLD reserves the right to announce any sweepstakes rules changes over the air, in print or posters. (AUSTRALIAN GOLD is not responsible for the inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason.)
