California Privacy Rights

California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have certain privacy rights. The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") allows California resident to make certain request regarding personal information. California residents may exercise their privacy rights by accessing, deleting, or opting-out from the sale of their personal information. To view the types of personal information collected, how the information was collected, how the information is used, and how the information is shared, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

The Right to Know.
California residents have the right to request certain personal information that New Sunshine, LLC collects about them, know how the information is used, and shared. A request to access or receive a copy of your information can be made two times every 12 months. The information requested may include the following:

The categories of personal information New Sunshine, LLC has collected about the consumer in the preceding 12 months.
•Contact/identification information ( e.g. name, address, phone number)
•Login credentials for online services e.g. username and password)
•Payment information (e.g. payment card information)
•Purchase history (e.g. purchases, returns/exchanges, rebates, warranties)
•location (e.g. location services from your mobile device when using the Australian Gold mobile website)
•Internet or other electronic network activity (e.g. browse or search history)
•Information associated to a job application
•Submit information via our website, mobile website, or other applications
•Profiles and inferences
•Other (E.g. surveys, contest registration, photographs about your project, gift registration)
•Location based on IP address

•You have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information that New Sunshine, LLC has collected about you and to have this information delivered, free of charge, by mail or email.
•The disclosure shall cover the 12 month period preceding the business' receipt of the verifiable consumer request

The Right to Delete.
California residents have the right to request New Sunshine, LLC to delete certain personal information, subject to limitations, about the consumer New Sunshine, LLC has collected from the consumer. This request may be made two times every 12 months.

Please note, New Sunshine, LLC may retain personal information when permitted by law such as but not limited to the following:
•Fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by the consumer or reasonably anticipated within the context of a business' ongoing business relationship with the consumer, or otherwise perform a contract.
•Detect security incidents; protect against malicious, deceptive fraudulent or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity.
•Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality
•Comply with the CCPA.

The Right to Correct Inaccurate Information.
California residents have the right to request New Sunshine, LLC to correct inaccurate personal information. To make such a request: Contact the toll free number at 1-855-548-4653


The Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing
California residents have the right to request New Sunshine, LLC to opt-out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Contact the toll-free number at 1-855-548-4653
. You can also prevent digital tracking information from being sold by visiting the cooking setting webpage.
•Please be advised that New Sunshine, LLC will continue to disclose some personal information with our vendors, delivery service companies, and suppliers for business purposes.

The Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
California residents have certain rights regarding limiting the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. New Sunshine, LLC only uses your sensitive personal information to perform the following: (1) to provide goods and services requested by you; (2) to prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, or confidential of stored or transmitted personal information; and (3) short term, transient use; (4) to ensure the safety of our guests, employees, and vendors. Therefore, New Sunshine, LLC does not collect or process Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about individuals. To the extent we process deidentified information, we will maintain and use the information in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify the information unless permitted by applicable law.

The Right of No Retaliation
New Sunshine, LLC does not discriminate against California residents for exercising Your Privacy Rights. For example, New Sunshine, LLC will not deny you goods or services or charge you a different rate for exercising your rights under the CCPA.

Notice of Financial Incentive Programs
New Sunshine, LLC offers various financial incentives and programs including the following:
•NewSunshine.com or AustralianGold.com profile, where participants can obtain certain features on the websites and mobile apps
•Mailing, emailing, and marketing lists, where participants have access to deals, information, and updates

How to Submit a Privacy Request
You can submit a privacy request no more than twice in a 12-month period.

•Deletion Requests: Contact the toll free number at 1-855-548-4653, submit request to New Sunshine, LLC, Attn: Privacy Department, 8001 Woodland Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46278, or email AGCustomerService@australiangold.com.
•Do Not Sell My Personal Information Request: Contact the toll free number at 1-855-548-4653or email AGCustomerService@australiangold.com

Personal Information Requested to Verify Identity.
For security purposes, New Sunshine, LLC verifies the identify of each person who makes a request to access or delete their personal information.

Verify Your Identity
•New Sunshine, LLC requires you provide the following information: (1) First Name; (2) Last Name; (3) Address; (4) City; (5) State; (6) Zip Code; (7) Email Address; and (8) Telephone Number.
•New Sunshine, LLC will use this information to search our database and determine what information we have collected about you.
•New Sunshine, LLC will send you can email, asking that you confirm that we have correct email address. You must respond to the email within seven (7) days of receiving the notification or your request will expire.

Agent
•If you are an authorized agent, you will be required to submit the following: (1)First Name; (2) Last Name; (3) Address; (4) City; (5) State; (6) Zip Code; (7) Email Address; (8) Telephone Number; and (9) the First and Last Name, Address, Email, and Phone Number of the Guest you are making a request on behalf.
•New Sunshine, LLC will use this information to search our database and determine what information we have collected about the Guest. As an authorized agent, you will receive an email from us request you complete a certification form confirm the information and certifying you have the right to make the request on behalf of the Guest.

Information on Request Received During Prior Calendar Year
From January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, New Sunshine, LLC received the following consumer request pursuant to the rights described in the California Privacy Rights section of this Privacy Policy.

California Sun Shine Light Law
Subject to certain limitations under California Civil Code § 1798.83, if you are a California resident and have an established business relationship with us, you may ask New Sunshine, LLC to provide you with (1) a list of certain categories of personal information that we have disclosed to certain third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year and (2) the identity of certain third parties that received personal information from us for their direct marketing purposes during that calendar year.
