Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

  • Orders are for the 48 Contiguous States only. We are not able to process orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally on our website (including Canada). Please contact Dist-AG-International@australiangold.com for assistance purchasing our products outside the United States. Please note: We cannot ship to Military APO addresses or Military PO Boxes. We can only ship to physical US Addresses and PO Boxes.
  • We use UPS SurePost, FedEx SmartPost, UPS Ground and FedEx Home Delivery. Your arrival date will depend on standard transit time from Indiana.

Online Returns and Exchanges

  • Only products purchased from AustralianGold.com can be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the original date of purchase. In order to receive a full refund, any promotional items included in the order must be returned. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please send our customer service department an email at AGCustomerService@AustralianGold.com to request a return or exchange.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges

  • All products purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged at the retailer.
